Melloy Dodge Receives FCA Customer First Award


Melloy Dodge has been awarded the 2016 Inaugural “Customer First Award for Excellence” from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA). This award was given to only 124 Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Dodge, and Fiat dealerships across the nation that have achieved excellence in Customer Service.

FCA created this award in order to heighten the customer experience in car dealerships around the country. They invited their dealer partners to join them in placing an emphasis on customer satisfaction and focus on the sales and service experience.

In being recognized for this award, Melloy Dodge joins other elite dealerships that have accomplished excellence in the facility, customer process, performance, employee surveys, and training certification.

There were 2,600 FCA dealerships in the United States eligible to pursue this award, with only the top one quarter of one percent of the dealerships being recognized by consumers as leaders in customer sales and service. This status was achieved in the six month period from January 1 - June 30, 2016.

Melloy Dodge is New Mexico’s largest selling Dodge and Ram dealership, and has been serving New Mexicans automotive needs since 1955. Melloy Dodge’s General Manager Bill Melloy said, “We want to thank our loyal customers for continuing to come to us for their car-buying needs. We continue to set the bar for a welcoming and friendly car-buying environment with knowledgeable staff members.” The dealership is located at 9621 Coors Blvd. NW in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
